WORLD EXPORT DEVELOPMENT FORUM 2017 HUNGARY
The World Export Development Forum (WEDF) was held this week in Budapest, Hungary, hosted by Hungary’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
ITC and the Government of Hungary attached significant importance to the role of SMEs in contributing to trade-led growth and job creation. Up to 600 business leaders, policymakers and officials from trade and investment support institutions (TISIs) and international organisations have attended the event.
Business leaders and development policymakers in Budapest provided an excellent opportunity to put more trade in business and more business in trade.
The 2018 World Export Development Forum will be held in Zambia next year. It is already in our diary!
