Olga is professionally orientated as international market developer and penetrator for SMEs by focusing on market research, strategic international negotiation and growth potential resulting in profitable network. Assessment of new market opportunities and market entry proposals has been executed mainly in Food & Drink, Toys, Technologies and Textiles sectors.
Neil has over 25 years senior level experience at manager, director and business owner level. He has directed, managed and delivering a wide range of complex and challenging strategic economic and business initiatives working with development agencies, industry representative bodies and government. As a recognised expert in economic assessment, Neil has designed a range of strategic sector development plans, research and evaluation frameworks for a range of representative organisations and regions. Neil has strong business analysis and specific skills in mapping opportunities to identify sector growth as well as devising profitable business expansion plans, especially in niche markets. Neil has delivered many strategic development initiatives in a number of sectors and markets. Neil is a core member of the Upper Quartile team for the Preparing to Export programme run by SDI.
